Q: How long does onboarding take?
A: After signing up, onboarding and setup takes about 2–3 weeks before we begin posting and
engaging on your account. We recommend getting your consultation booked as soon as possible
so you can get the next available shoot slot.
Q: What’s your content creation and approval process like?
A: We handle the shoot, edit your content, and send it for approval (if you choose that method).
Once approved, we schedule your posts.
Q: When can I expect to see results?
A: Typically, you’ll see recognizable growth within 3–4 months and more significant results in 6–8
months. Growth speed depends on your strategy and approval turnaround.
Q: How long do you spend on the account engaging and networking?
A: Typically, we spend between 30minutes -1hour a day on your account.

Q: How do you communicate with clients?
A: We send monthly analytics reports via email or WhatsApp, and you’ll have a 24/7 dedicated
WhatsApp group with your personal team for updates and support.
Q: What tools do you use for reporting and scheduling?
A: Reports are shared via PDF through email or WhatsApp.
Q: Can I request changes to scheduled posts?
A: Yes, of course—within reason.
STEPS FOR CUSTOMER AFTER SIGNING UP
Step 1: Schedule Your Social Media Manager
• We will schedule your consultation with your Social Media Manager based on your next
availability today.
Step 2: Consultation and Proposal Review
• During the consultation, your social media manager will walk you through the audit and
marketing proposal they’ve prepared for your account.
• They’ll adjust based on your feedback and also book in your content shoot.
Step 3: Set Up Your Team WhatsApp Group
• We’ll create a WhatsApp group including you, your Social Media Manager, Account
Manager, and Content Creator to keep communication streamlined.
Step 4: Content Creation & Approval / Engagement
• After your shoot, we’ll send the content to you for approval.
• Once approved, we’ll begin posting, engaging, and networking on your account to build
momentum and grow your presence.
📌 Policies
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Yes. We require at least 7 working days' notice to cancel. If not, you may be charged for
work already completed.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No, we do not offer refunds.
Q: Do you work with international clients?
A: Yes, we proudly work with clients around the world. However international Clients will not get
photography or videography included in their plans however were still happy to edit content for
them if they provide raw images.
